Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges (custom orders don't apply): make sure to send it back to us within two weeks of being received.  Any item sent later than this specific time (two weeks) will not be accepted and the exchange will not be processed. We will simply send it back to you.  It must be returned in perfect conditions: with the hang-tag, our compostable hygienic liner, inside the same compostable polly bag and without use. As soon as we get it, If it was sent before or in two weeks from being received and in perfect conditions as stated above, we will make the new one and ship it back to you asap! Please note that exchanges are processed upon fabric availability.


For Returns and Refunds (custom orders don't apply): Unfortunately, we don't make refunds.  We do offer a full credit without an expiration date and you can make another order any time in the future.  Make sure to send it back to us within two weeks of being received.  We will only accept it and give the full credit if it arrives in perfect conditions: with hang-tag, our compostable hygienic liner, inside the same compostable polly bag and without use.  If it is not sent back within the time frame stated above we will not accept it and the refund will not be processed. 


Please note we are not responsible for any delays or packages lost by the mail carrier.  We always provide you a tracking number and you are responsible for following-up with your order directly with the post office.


All custom orders, Popup sales, special sales and/or discounts are final.  No refunds, no exchanges.
